Endpoint-Protection
Security is an elementary building block for sustainable success in a company; that's why we take this topic very seriously. Our portfolio offers everything from simple antivirus solutions to fully integrated security systems. If desired, of course, we also offer a flexible, managed solution that we invoice on a monthly basis.
Backup
Whether full-scale backups of workstations, servers or entire virtual environments, we have the right solution for your individual backup scenario. Thanks to a backup infrastructure in our own data centre, we can also offer you first-hand cloud backup solutions – so you always know where your data is.
Medical IT
An affinity for the medical sector has accompanied us from the very beginning. It's no wonder, since both our managing directors are trained doctors who laid the foundation for the Haus & Gross Group by founding a medical publishing house in the '90s. This is why we have always had doctors and pharmaceutical companies among our clientele. Today, we place a special focus on the Mac-based program Tomedo, which is suited for doctors’ offices, and OsiriX, a special application for viewing medical images.

At all levels, we offer scalable and optimally tailored services. Should you require more availability, a special SLA or particular support, we will be happy to provide this for you within the framework of a flexible and tailor-made maintenance agreement.
E-Mail & Groupware
Share emails, contacts and appointments in your company as a team, and keep them synchronised on all end devices. We offer you the most suitable system for your company and requirements. It doesn't matter whether the server is located on your premises, provided for you via a cloud service in our data centre or hosted as part of a Microsoft 365 solution.
IP telephony
The days of classic telephone systems are over. With an IP telephony solution, it no longer matters where the telephone is located. The end device has also long been irrelevant: you can make phone calls using a desk phone, a smartphone app, a PC or a laptop. From an early stage, we have always specialised in IP-based telephony. As a Starface Excellence Partner, we hold the highest level of certification from the Karlsruhe-based manufacturer.
Microsoft 365
Many of our customers appreciate the fact that we take care of acquiring the appropriate Microsoft Cloud licence for them. However, customers can also make adjustments independently via an individual licence portal if they wish. Either way, our consultants support all our customers in planning and optimising their licences.
